Galaxy Book4 Edge and Outlook 2019 search

I have a brand new book4 and a brand new Office Pro 2019.

No matter what I do, Outlook Search is not working - I have re-indexed, tried every suggestion on the internet all with no joy.

Is there an issue here?

Note - I have noticed that the windows event viewer shows an error 

The protocol handler Mapi16 cannot be loaded. Error description: (HRESULT : 0x80004005).

This may or may not be relevant. But it's driving me mad not being able to search in outlook - I completely rely on it.
