Galaxy book 4 ultra background app usage for Samsung apps

Hello all I recently got my Galaxy book 4 ultra and all of the Samsung apps were working great on it now I keep getting a notification stating I need to turn Samsung continuity service background use to always but when I go to the apps screen I don't have an option for it I will post pictures of what I'm talking about 

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I've gotten it fixed by doing a factory reset on it and it's not visible but now I am having Bluetooth issues...
