ComputersHi Community,
my brand-new (bought it one month ago) Samsung Galaxy Book (NP750XDA) looses as much as 8-10% battery over the course of 12 hours while powered off.
I've searched online but have found no explanation for this phenomenon. It shouldn't happen, since the laptop shouldn't draw power when it's completely turned off, so I am clueless.
Can anyone please help me out?

ComputersHello! I understand how your battery draining while being powered down can be concerning. I would recommend trying the steps in the following link (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01201702/) to help solve this issue.
If this does not help you can also try the information in this link(https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Computers/battery-life-on-a-new-galaxy-book-360/td-p/2130867).
After that, if this is still occurring I would recommend making sure the device is shut all the way down and not being put in sleep mode. As sleep mode will still use power as it will save information for the next start-up to make it quicker.
