So I have a Galaxy Book Flex 13" which is great. But I am going to be giving to my son for college and I thought I would go ahead and do a factory reset. But...

It appears there is no recovery disk for it. And I can't create one.

What are my options??

Windows 11. I think the recovery media is corrupt or missing or something.

Trying to do the reset from windows 11 settings results in an error saying that it can't find the recovery environment.

I am wondering if there is some place where I could download the original factory image or something??

Oh, that's somewhat common. If you have a USB flash drive (16gb or bigger size) you can actually flash a windows image to it and install there. Tell me if you have a flash drive and I can give you more info.

I think I can do that, but how do I reactivate windows after I do that? I think the key is tied to my Microsoft account?

Yeah, as long as you long into the same Microsoft account on the reinstall it should be fine.
