I have been trying to find ways to update this great laptop but it appears it is not compatible even though the processor seems to meet the minimum requirements. So why is this laptop left out?

Is this not a Samsung issue? Where do I even begin asking Microsoft about a Samsung issue?

Processor isn't the only requirement. Samsung only really provides the hardware here, everything else is up to Microsoft.

Pchealth says processor does not meet requirement, which is odd because requirement is 1ghz, notebook 9 pro is 1.80ghz. But I think two or more cores are needed, I'm not aware if the laptop is multi core.
