Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Have you tried resetting the laptop to do this. Turn on your laptop, then hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off when you see the Samsung logo. Repeat this two more times, and on the fourth startup, the laptop will enter the recovery menu. In the recovery menu, select Troubleshoot, then Reset this PC. Choose either Keep my files to keep personnel files but remove apps and settings, or Remove everything to wipe everything completely. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
