How can I factory reset a Samsung Portable SSD Touch T7 when repeated attempts have failed, resulting in it freezing on Windows or being unrecognized on Mac? Is there a dedicated factory reset tool available?”

I'm pretty sure that you have to contact Samsung and send the drive to them.
