ComputersI have a Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro laptop computer, Model NP960QFG, running Windows 11. I have a problem with the built-in Intel AVStream 2500 camera. The Geek Squad determined it was a hardware problem and returned it to Samsung. Samsung restored the system to the factory default and got the camera to work without any hardware fixes. However, when the drivers get updated by Windows the camera stops working.
I get a message that says: This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31). Any suggestions?
