ComputersI have this T9 samsung SSD 4TB that randomly disconnects and reconnects and I'm not sure why. It seemed to work fine when it is connected to a low-speed (regular) USB but anytime I have it connected to a high-speed USB-C port the issue occurs. The issue being disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. I've tried connecting to power-share ports as well, just in case, but this did not stop the issue from occurring. The port I wanted to use is this 20gbps USB-C 2x2 port on my desktop, but when the drive is connected to this port, I cannot even scan the drive. It recommends I repair the drive, but I cannot repair it either. It just disconnects and says error. I can scan the drive on every other port, even other USB-C ports, so I don't think the problem is related to my USB-C cable which is brand new and came included with this SSD. Also, the SSD does "work" otherwise on all the ports when it's not disconnecting and reconnecting. I can transfer and store files without a ton of trouble. The transfer rate reaches the 2gbps speed on the high-speed ports and it is incredibly fast. But again, it randomly disconnects, which is just inconvenient, and I haven't determined what is causing this issue.
