Trending: Are staged portraits over?

From new profile pics to influencer photos, I'm seeing a trend in my feed: candid portraits.

More and more people are ditching elaborate setups and, instead, they're sharing spontaneous photos of themselves and others.

So what do you think: are staged portraits so 2018?

I think that there will always be a time a place for staged portraits, but, generally, more and more people seem to want to be able to snap quick pics without the hassle. "Just work. "🙂
