Advantage vip is a joke

I'm signed under the vip plan and now they're saying I'm not covered with Samsung care + which is suppose to be included. This is ridiculous that they will not hold up the end of the bargain.

Not sure of your exact circumstances. You can't purchase apply VIP coverage to devices purchased before the VIP plan was completely enrolled.

To ensure VIP plan coverage, purchase the VIP plan and wait for confirmation that you are completely enrolled.

Only then purchase your device(s) and select the free Care+ during purchase.

Wasn't aware of that at the time of purchase. But its not a great concept when you can buy apple care at the same time and they actually give you insurance on your device.

I bought Samsung vip advantage on the same order as my fold 6, watch and headphones. So now I am aware that I have no insurance on any of them. Just seems like a way to misslead or make it confusing

I agree! There's no reason they shouldn't abide by it. But unfortunately this is not the 1st time I have been **bleep** by Samsung
