I just found out that I'm not the administrator on my Google account and also hacker is using my devices to constantly be a step ahead of me. All of my accounts are compromised. I've spoke with microsoft, google samsung and att. I just feel like it's hopeless. All of my smart tvs and computers are working against me. Even new router has been overrun. Please help!!!
You would probably be better off hiring a cyber security expert to help you get control of your accounts and equipment. This is a peer to peer user help site to help other users with technical support for their Samsung devices. But, the first thing you need to do is sign your phone out of your Google account and then create a new one on an uncompromised device.
