Bixby sending messages with wrong number

I have two phone numbers as I travel between Korea and US often. However, no matter which country I'm in, when I ask bixby to send text message it always try to send it on Korean number which obviously wouldn't work in US. Is there I can set preferred cell service to text with? I already have my US carrier as preferred service in sim setting

What I think is happening is that it gets confused, because they are both phone numbers, just different
