Fold & Flip PhonesZflip4 broken screen image appear now and then but really damaged. Samsung have agreed to collect and repair hoping this is covered by warranty.
to get it ready to send for repair you need to back up, clear google and samsung accounts and remove pin. I can’t do anything as the damage is so bad I’ve tried various cables and tips from Samsung but as you can’t access the screen you can’t do it. Will Samsung take this into account and save my data.
