Calling from another device being forwarded to

I left my work phone somewhere and have it forwarded to my Z Flip5 personal phone. Can I make calls from my personal phone but make it appear as though it's my work phone I'm calling from (can I switch between the 2 numbers from the one device?)? And will texts be forwarded from the work phone and allow me to reply back?
