My wife's phone has been in the Ubreakifix shop off and on for a month. First, its was the screen protector, then the screen itself, and now the sim card holder. Now she can receive calls but not any picture messages and even some messages come in doubles.

What can we doo to fix issue

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to receive a picture message, and when you receive double messages.

There are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

1. This article provides troubleshooting for the Samsung Messages app when messages are slow, do not send, or cannot be received: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001439/

2. Reset Network settings. Settings>General management> Reset> Reset network settings. You will have to re-add the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices to the phone.

3. Clear cache partition and repair apps in the Recovery Menu

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.

If these steps do not help, we recommend reaching out to your service provider, as they are responsible for this service.

Have you tried factory reset? or clearing the cache/data, from the message app? You, also does she have the latest update/security patch? You can if you'd seem to help try completely turning phone off then hold volume up button and the power button @ the same time then it will turn on and bring you to a menu, then scroll down with the volume down button and it brings up a menu, scroll to wipe cache partition and hit the side button and it clears things out, and is always good to do this after the updates we receive! Give those few things a try let me know!
