Sim slots tested: Physical sim and eSim Affects: Calls, messages and mobile data is unusable Issue: After System Update the phone is showing emergency calls only or No service. Tested scenarios: 1. Changed physical sim 2. Converted to eSim. 3. Did factory reset device 4 times 4. wipe cache partition
5. Did warrenty repair
They found nothing wrong with the phone.
It works with ee but 3 and O2 it doesn't work. This started a week ago, had the phone since November 2024 and was working perfectly.
If I put the WiFi on it works if I turn it off it stops working.
I have spoken to Samsung 3 times and spoken to my carrier a number of times. The sim works in my s22 ultra but not the z fold 5.
