Fold & Flip PhonesThe main screen on my flip 5 has a dark spot by the hinge. I received authorization for a warranty replacement screen at my local ubreakifix store by Samsung. The 2 stores in my area are reserving their replacement parts for insurance items rather than warranty. I was told I needed to send the phone in to Samsung's repair center. The turnaround time is 3 weeks, how is this a solution? Who today would go without a device for 3 weeks. Samsung's online chat told me that the carrier (t-mobile) would provide me with a temp phone, T-Mobile says wrong. I'm about 2 weeks away from my warranty running out. Do I keep it and hope that the dark spot doesn't get worse? Any other options?
