Fold & Flip PhonesSo, less than two months and my Galaxy Flip 5 broke right down the crease. I actually heard it happen and then there was a thick black line right down the middle and the screen kept glitching and is unusable. I opened it a few more times to see if the creek was any diffent and on the last flip the screen was black, so it became worse every time I opened it. I am sending it in to Samsung but I don’t think I should have to keep this phone which is obviously prone to this problem and it’s not whether it will break in the middle but when.
My last phone was a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra that lasted well over three years until I left it in my hot car on a hot day and the back glass shattered and the screen went black but the phone still worked.
I am just concerned that I will get the Galaxy Flip 5 back and it will break again at some point and I will have to use my super crapy emergency phone again and it is not a great experience.
When I send in my Flip 5 to Samsung I will be including this writing, but I highly doubt they care what I think.
Let me know if you have had this problem.
Thanks for reading.
