Fold 5: unable to complete the update install

Hello,

I have just updated my Z Fold 5 with latest software version UI 6.1.1. and i have problem to generaly enter into the phone.

When i started the phone greeting message is presented ^^ Welcome to One UI 6.1.1. - Explore^^

When i did ^^ Explore^^ i entered in next step introducing enhanced features that i should get with update.

After that when i red all announcement i clicked ^^Next^^ and after that i was not able to enter in next step/window

There is only quick shown in secund next window and return me back on previous. NO chance to click on agree or something like that on that next step.

Please tell me what to do.

I tried to receive phone call and it was ok but i can not use any option on phone neither to exit from greeting AI message.

Hello babicz1984, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is that the update is interfering with the function of the phone.

Please go to Settings>Apps>Samsung Account>Storage>Clear app cache
