I recently purchased Samsung Flip 6 and a new software update was rolled out recently which was installed.
Since then I am facing issues of screen freeze. Yesterday, the entire inner display went black and still not powering on. The cover screen display was still functional before the chat support agent asked me to factory reset the device and since then I am unable to use the entire device.
Now the chat team has directed me to service center which I am planning to visit today.
However, this is so inconvenient by team Samsung as we purchase good smartphone for a better life not for inconvenience.
FYI, I am not ready to pay for any repairs as the issue is from Samsung's end not my end. Would expect a new replacement device.
Kindly assist.
