Fold & Flip PhonesHello,
I pre-ordered a Fold 5 at release and have had no issues until the past few days.
Multiple times when i open the camera app, I will have a black screen. Other times I will have a camera fail. Most often, the camera will work, but will be super delayed and baggy.
I have tried clearing the cache, restarting, force stopping, resetting the camera settings, and every other basic troubleshooting technique yet it still has the exact same issues.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Fold & Flip PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is for the camera to not work. Have you run the diagnostics on the phone in the Members app? Open the Members app> select support>Phone Diagnostics

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
