Fold & Flip PhonesI purchased a Z Fold 4 a little over a year ago. When Samsung sent their last update I could longer longer connect to the Wifi or Bluetooth. I called Samsung and they were NO HELP whatsoever, pretending they had not heard of this issue, even though the forum was FULL of complaints! Yesterday I the phone would no longer turn on. I even took it to a T-Mobile store and even he couldn't fix it. I ended up buying another phone, and NOT a Samsung!I have always purchased Samsung phones but will never buy another one! Their customer service was awful and I not only still owed $500 on that phone and because it would not turn on, I could not even use it as a trade-in!~ BUYERS BEWARE!!!
