Does anyone know how I can get the visual voice of the icon back in the dialer app?

 
The Fold 3 had a video and voicemail icon. My Fold 4 doesn't have it. AT&T is telling me that it's a Samsung issue.

In my Fold 3, you can see there is no contact displayed.

My voicemail does work by dialing out but I'm talking about Visual Voicemail

I have exact problem, I talked to my carrier for last 2 hours ( Bell Canada ) and still not resolve the issue yet.
