How to change to the 3 navigation bars

Is there a way to remove quick access on the home screen when you swipe up? I just exchanged my z fold 5 for a new one and this phone has that feature on the home screen that I don't like.

Quick access is triggered by swiping down

On my main screen I have one bar on the bottom that brings up quick access but when I swipe it shows the three bars and that's what I want on my main screen

To change the navigation bars,
Settings → Display → Navigation Bars

How do I remove access for the quick panel from the lockscreen??? I can't do anything about it on this phone, but the last samsung phone, I could access it still but was OK with that cuz no setting could be changed or turned on, like BT and Wi-Fi. Any advice or help anyone...please and thank you!!!
