I was on my phone messaging when it randomly froze up and so I let it sit and turn back on but then again it froze, the screen started to blink and now the inner screen doesn't work, but the outer screen works just fine, why did this happen????
@Members_k8z4aVO As a troubleshooting step, boot into safe mode. If it works while booted in safe mode, then it could have been caused by some 3rd party software.
But it sounds like you may have experienced a hardware failure. If the safe mode doesn't provide a working device, you would need to reach out to Samsung Care+ if you have it, or Samsung support.
