The Keep screen on while viewing option is not working. I toggled the option on but screen keeps turning off when looking at it. Any ideas on how to fix this?
@userunFp95LUct Does this problem still occur when you place the phone into Safe Mode? From the power menu, press + hold power down until the Safe Mode option appears. If it happens with the phone in Safe Mode, there is a 3rd party app interfering with this function.
