I have a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 financed with AT&T and I have insurance. My screen has been starting to crack at the fold. Do I file a manufacturer claim with Samsung for a warranty repair or through my carrier? The only problem I have is with the screen. I have no other issues with it. I was told that my phone isn't being made anymore so just replacing the screen, I would have to get a whole new device. I'm not trying to pay the $175 deductible.

Fold & Flip PhonesYou would need to do a insurance claim with your carrier since the devices only come with a 1 year warranty or if you have it you could use Samsung care + if you purchased it and paying monthly for it.

Fold & Flip PhonesTo the best of my knowledge, your device is no longer under warranty, filing a manufacturer claim is not possible. You will have to go the insurance route.
