New Flip 6 not eligible for Samsung Care Plus

I bought my current phone the Galaxy Z Flip 6 from Spectrum, and I even pre-ordered it but I wanted to opt for Samsung Care+ since it would guarantee OEM servicing should anything happen since I'm taking a chance on my first flip.

 I checked the Care+ site where you input IMEI and serial # and it says not eligible to add the service. I had already registered this on my Samsung account and it is well within 60 days after purchase. I called support and they also verified that it is ineligible but could not specify why. 

Does anyone have any idea or a similar experience to this and what would you recommend I can do?

I forgot to mention that, the phone keeps bringing up notification with the countdown of how many days left to add it, and yet when clicked it redirects to the care+ eligibility page. So it seems very misleading or not intuitive to have a device that's ineligible keep dropping notifications about it.

Interesting what happens when you goto notification down it take you to the site to get it or just a note to get it type thing

Goes to the site, autofills IMEI info and model, then proceeds and says ineligible for adding samsung care plus. I also found the notification in the settings as a "Suggestion" and it did it

Ok getting confusing here if that won't let you get the care I would sign in if needed to the link to site and try

Samsung doesn't allow it if multiple devices but says can add up to 60 days after purchase so guessing you have other phones already on care only thing I saw to not allow it

My last samsung phone was the S7, I switched to iPhone in 2019 and got this as a second phone this year. I found very little information regarding this issue online, and phone support also had issues looking into this but ultimately came to the same conclusion on eligibility bc they just ended up using the same website I did to see. Never got a straightforward reason why this is the case.
