Notifications not showing on Lock Screen and some not working in pop-up view

As my screenshots showed, I have allowed all notifications show details on the lock screen(Pic 2&3), but there's no change on my lock screen(Pic 1), which still shows icons only, my OneUI is 6.1 version right now, I'm not sure is there any bugs with that?

Also, I have another problem. I allowed all apps to show pop-up view notications, but there are still many apps cannot show pop-up view.

Does anyone know what happen to that? Or anyone have such problems as well?

I tried many attempts to set that and lock the screen then unlock, but it still doesn't work. Also I restart the phone but not working at all

Would you happen to be using Samsung's Good Lock app, specifically LockStar? That could be overriding the native lock notification settings.

Oh yes! I just turn off the lockstar, and it works! Appreciate for your help!

Go to settings, lock screen, lock screen pop up style,pick brief or detailed!
And click on
Lock screen notifications,
