After a year and a half of use, today a message popped up about the phone being blocked. After rebooting, the message pops up after 10-15 seconds and the phone is blocked. I contacted the Samsung service center, but they said that since the phone was purchased in another country, they could not help and refused to do something. Third-party specialists offer a full reset of the phone, but then all data will be destroyed. But no one can say what exactly the problem is. Please tell me what can be done? I also can’t reset the data from the phone, and there are a lot of family photos that will be hard to lose?
