What’s the issue with the profile card in contacts

So now with this profile card my video doesn't show up or say it needs to be lower then 10 mb .... But before I can have the whole video ringtone (this person has a iPhone) but who ever has a samsung phone the whole video stay up on contact but not a iPhone user... I wish they can fix this issue and even when you edit the video you can't hear anything....
Well, now there are limitations on video size. Did it ever occur to you, since your only problem is with this iPhone user, that the issue might be on Apple's end? Why in the workd would you want a video ringtone anyway?
I understand but it was never a issue in till the profile cards came in the update I just wish they can fix this and this was the one thing I REALLY like about my Samsung
