It says nt samsungacct want back up anymore wants passkey. I never set this up how do I fix it?

What kind of message are you getting? Whatever it is, make sure it's actually from Samsung, not some rogue app trying to get your Samsung account password. As far as I know, as long as your phone is logged into your Samsung account (as it should be to funtion properly), your phone backs up automatically without any further input required. Check to see if you have a recent backup by going to settings, tapping app backup and restore, then tapping restore. You will see if there is a backup there and the date of that backup. If the date shows last night or the night before, you don't need to do anything other than than a malware scan (or delete the email, if that's how you were notified). If there is a backup, but it's more than a month old, make sure you didnt either turn auto backup off or log out of your Samsung account. Do not click any links in any email or pop up. Always do any type of account action from directly in the phone settings or in your Samsung account. If in doubt about the legitimacy of any message, contact Samsung directly to verify.
