Samsung fold 4 calls going straight to voicemail

I'm having an issue receiving phone calls from numbers that I saved in my contacts. People call me and my phone goes straight to voice-mail. I got a new sim card from AT&T it's still doing the same thing. Can anyone help me with a solution please and thank you
