Samsung internet tabs opening in the background

So while using the Samsung internet. Sometimes tabs ppen in the background on its own. How can I stop this

What are the tabs that open are they ads or open if you click a link i.e did a search on something

Settings->Privacy->Block popups

IMO Samsung Internet provides the closest experience to a Desktop browser  of any of the Android browsers.
