Fold & Flip PhonesThen go to apps, find the app that is not displaying notifications correctly, and long tap the app icon until a menu pops up. Click the "i" to go to app info. Click "Notifications." Click "Notification Categories." Then click on the wordage of each notification category. You will then see the setting for "Show as pop-up"and ensure that is toggled on. This was the solution to my problem, and I hope it works for you as well!
