Turn off Side Key Swipe for notifications and quick panel

I know that I enabled it before the new UI5 came out but I can't seem to find where to turn off the side swipe key function that brings up the notifications and quick panel. 

I've gone through every setting that seems possible and can't figure how to disable it. Help!

Try finger sensor gesture setting. Use a search function in settings
