UI 6.0 z fold 4, recents button broke

I updated my z fold 4 recently to UI 6.0 and ever since i did that my recents button doesnt work anymore. Everytime i try to open recent apps menu to switch in-between it glitches out for a second and does nothing. The button is basically useless now, my home and back button still work perfectly fine. PLEASE I NEED A FIX OR A SOLUTION.

Update if you go into recovery mode and click reboot now rather than a normal restart it actually fixed the problem
