Update Gif Creator

Does anyone know which update will bring back the gif creator? Or has samsung decided to continue to trash it?

Updated today and it did not bring it back

It's returned in today's update. When you circle to select something with smart select, tap the 3 dots on the right of the selection to see the gif creator option
