Video editor frame convert to picture

I cant seem to remember how to use the frame of a video to save as a jpg.

Anyone know how? I did a screen shot save, but I ghought there was a better way?

@davebwi When you are playing a video in the Gallery, there will be an icon to the left under the video. If you click that, it will grab a picture of that frame of the video. 

A similar icon will be in place above the progress bar when you choose to play the video in the video player.
