Z Fold 6 Screen Issue

Anyone having issues with their internal screen? Left panel flickers and there is a gray line following the crease, starting at the bottom and going up roughly 1/3 of the way. Samsung repair request (website) has been under "schedule maintenance" for days. Can't find any help.

Yes they are going to say you dropped it when you get through I sent m8nes in for screen not responding they wanted $345 to fix said I dropped a 3 mo th old phone took care of the thing better than myself so I got back a phone e that doesn't work alot of people are having screen issues

Thanks, che413. Yeah...no drops on this end. Like you, treating it like an infant. I have Samsung Care but they won't deal with it since they say it's still under warranty

Yes same thing here treated like an infant wake up o e morning screen doesn't respond so my warranty said samsung has manufacturers warranty so they said I dropped it voided my warranty now stuck with broken phone let's see who will help hope you get yours fixed

This is the exact reason why my carrier refused to sell me a flip or a fold they have said in their words Samsung is not honoring warranties on them so we're just not going to sell them unless you specifically get our insurance and I didn't want to pay for that insurance so I chose a different device entirely but you know it's bad when a carrier is risking the loss of a sale just to ensure customer has a reliable phone

Odds are you probably should have gotten insurance through your carrier because if you look online the flip and fold there are posts left and right about Samsung not honoring warranties on them

@Prtyof5 Sorry that you are having this issue. I'm not experiencing any issues with mine.
