Fold & Flip PhonesHave had this phone for less that a month, with screen defects since day 1, has reached out to get help bit all I am being offered is a repair service not a replacement, for a matter I explained to customer service way before my return period was over, and I made it clear I wanted another device.

If you receive a defective product when purchasing from Samsung.com, you have a 15-day return period in which to return your phone. You can then purchase another device of your choosing. Samsung believes in building quality products and makes every effort to meet all customer expectations. Samsung offers a full one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase to cover the cost of any repairs that may be needed.
