Z fold 5 cover screen and app drawer slow and choppy

Recently my z fold 5 cover screen has been extremely slow and the app drawer moves too slow and choppy.

I would appreciate any advice .

Reset the cache partition or if that doesn't work rest

Not the apps cache the phones cache

To clear cache press the power and volume up button and use the volume buttons to select clear cache partition might be worded differently.
