My zfold 5 shuts completely off around 40% battery without warning. Factory reset didn't change a thing. No help from support besides send in for repairs and be without a phone for 7+ days. It's less then 2 weeks old. I thought it was a calibration issue. But it happened 3 more times. When it shuts off it will not even attempt to display anything until phone is plugged in and will charge from 0. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello Tmar512, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of the phone suddenly powering off upon reaching 40% battery level.

This article provides available troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01002035/

If these steps do not help, service is recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

If a local service center is not available, the phone would need to be shipped for service. You would need to contact customer support by calling 1-800-726-7864 for assistance with this process.

Alternative options would be contacting your retailer for exchange options, or checking with your insurance provider.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
