Samsung wallet deleted payment cards

Go to pay for my pharmacy prescription and there is no cards in my samsung wallet. 

I can't pay for prescription and not need to go home and go back to pay with physical card. Wasting at least 2 hours of my time and not to mention embarrassing that you can't pay for your medication.

No my phone has not been reset recently. It has rebooted because of battery power dying. However it is beyond ridiculous that the cards disappear as all the account details on the phone remain the same. At the very LEAST you should get a warning that the cards are removed.

This has been happening randomly to some people for a lttle while, mostly on the watch. No one seems to know why (might be related to an app update). In any case, as insurance, you can set up Google wallet with at least one card, so if you get stuck like this, you have an alternate payment method right there with you. No, you shouldn't have to do it, but stuff happens, and at least you'll be prepared.
