Zfold 6 Screen Freezing and Frequent Crashes

Has anyone else experienced frequent screen freezing and/or crashes on their Zfold 6? 

My screen will essentially freeze and become unresponsive causing me to have to hard reset my device to continue normal use. This issue has been happening very frequently, sometimes 3 times daily since I had gotten the device in early August. 

This issue is a major annoyance. This issue interferes with both my job and everyday life tasks. It has been reported to Samsung many, many times and yet I have herd no response: Which makes me question the integrity of the Samsung brand and has me looking into more consumer first brands.

If you happen to know a fix, PLEASE let me know! Or if you're having similar issues do add to this post.

@Bigtank_Studios Sorry that you are having this issue. My Fold 6 is working great. 

I would contact Samsung support to have your device evaluated.

Hello Bigtank_Studios, Welcome to the Community. We understand how upsetting it is for the phone to be freezing and crashing.

Have you tried clearing the cache partition of the phone?

- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.

Also, try to reset the settings of the phone. Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset all Settings (It will not delete your data, but you will have to reconnect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices and reapply any custom settings)

I am having this issue too.  First my charging port stopped working.  Then my screen froze but started again with a reboot.  Now it is frozen and I canĀ“t move anything at all.  And to make it all worse, I am down in Mexico for the next few months.  I bought it Aug. 5 in the US through GoogleFi.

I did the Cache reset. It's been three days with no issues, I hope it stays that way. I will update if problems start to occur again.
Update: I have had one crash/freeze since posting this, This seems to be a "Partial Solution," but the real cause and fix for this issue still remains unknown.

Have you noticed a Samsung virtual keyboard message in the notifications? If so, then that's what is causing the issue.

Nope, this issue tends to happen with Bluetooth devices I have noticed. Anytime I connect to Android Auto, or when using any brand of Bluetooth earbuds/headphones from Samsung, to JBL, Soundcore, and Beats.
