360 audio on galaxy buds 2

for some reason, whenever i turn on 360 audio on my galaxy buds 2 they do nothing. they used to move with my movement but they don't do anything anymore. does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it

Hello, Thank you for being part of the Community! We understand the frustration of a feature not working correctly. The head tracking feature is built into the 360 Audio setting.

If this feature is not working correctly, we recommend resetting the earbuds. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01218103

If the 360 Audio is still not working correctly after the reset, we recommend submitting an error report through the Wearables app. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/

That's called "head tracking". It's a separate option that shows up after you turn on 360 audio. When enabling, just tap the text "360 audio" and you should see it.

That's actually really strange. Have you updated the app from the Galaxy store? What about checking for updates to your buds from the wearables app?Screenshot_20230831_082853_Galaxy Buds2 Pro Manager_1000003424_1693484934.png
