Galaxy BudsAm I the only one with narrow, deep ear channels. My Pro 2's fit poorly but managed to stay in with third party ear tips. I thought this year you must have improved it - so I traded up to the Pro 3's. Worse. I cannot get them to stay firmly sealed in my ear at all. Not moving, not still. The tester in the app ... hahaha. It has yet to even locate one. Half the time they are falling out. Sound sucks as I have to put the equalizer all the way to the top to get enough volume out of them. Samsung - please do not insult me with your AI generic answer about "have I read fitting 101 article? I have, and 20 uTube videos. My ears are just too narrow, and deep - its a race/dna thing I guess. Ear shape. Yes, I have tried 3 lines of after market foam and two layer tips including Diofits and Charjen. With my old wired Klipischs which I likely will go back to and sell these 3's cheap on eBay - they have tons of ear tip choices in LONGER and NARROWER. The best ones look like little pagodas with three layers. Not marbles! I do not expect you to change the design for just a few of us - but I would like a source - or OEM offering - for longer, narrower tips. Please Otherwise its eBay and we're done. OK. Now I am waiting on you.
