Does anyone know what I can do if I bought a Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and one of the headphones, the charging irons fell off. I bought the headphones 3 weeks ago, what can I do under the warranty?

Since it's only 3 weeks and that happens being it back and make them exchange it because that shouldn't happen so early.
