Got my Buds3 Pro today. Quality checked and working beautifully.

Got my buds 4 pro in the initial batch. I have a few concerns about them though after a few weeks.
When I insert them, the torque on them causes a high pitched speaker squeal.
We also dint get the live translation or higher bit music playback until the new android/oneui update...and they are talking November/December for that now.
How can the major enhancement features be advertised but not available for MONTHS?

That is just as bad as my watch 6 classic not being able to check blood pressure in the US for two years.

If it can't do it at launch, they shouldn't be allowed to advertise it as a feature.

The high pitch is from how you are holding them when you put them in your ears, I wouldn't worry about that. Try not to touch any of the sensors.

As far as the features that are coming, really soon.
2-3 weeks.

When Samsung launches products, it's for the whole world, not just the US. No where on the US site is BP mentioned. Be mad at the FDA, not Samsung

I pre-ordered my buds on 15th of July to New York. I was given an estimated date of 15th of August, which changed to 21st of Aug in two days. I am okay with that and on 9th of August I called an agent as I am moving out of state for my new job, so I was told I will definitely receive the buds on 21st if not Samsung will compensate me. I got my new lease started from 23rd of August in Pennsylvania. Fast forward to 21st I have a new delivery date of 26th and I packed with all my stuff in car ready to move out I called some agents they said they are sorry like that helps and she said if UPS can't deliver me the buds I will get a refund once they ship it back to Samsung. I don't know what will happen if they leave it by the door. I use Samsung products but I never ordered them from Samsung wish it was that way. Thanks for the best service and keeping

 up the promises by saying" sorry we can't promise" . I was waiting for 37 days for these buds and this is what I get in return a refund after a month thank you.

Hello, does anyone know, when you trade in your apple airpods for the new galaxy earbuds pro2 for the 100 dollar Credit, what do you need to send along with the airpods like charging cable or ear tips or is just sending the case and buds good enough!

When doing the trade, send back your buds, the charger case if possible, and cord ear pieces are not a problem. Just make sure everything is in good condition. You will get updates on your return and get approval from samsung when complete.
